The information will be used to process interagency and local law enforcement CUAS deployment packages, or is necessary because FAA coordination is federally mandated. A 60-day comment period was opened February 11, 2026, and this notice is the 30-day OMB-specific comment window closing March 3, 2026.

No. This does not affect anything on the Part 107 knowledge test. There is no CUAS coordination requirement, no new airspace category, and no new operating rule here that would appear on the exam. If a CUAS deployment ever affects your operations, it would come through NOTAMs or existing airspace designations, not through this form.
