This notice adds no new substance; it only gives commenters more time to respond.

No effect on the Part 107 exam. The exam tests current regulations and this is a proposed rule that has not been finalized. UAFRs under this process do not yet exist. If the rule is eventually finalized, it would add a new category of restricted area to be aware of, but that is a post-exam operational concern, not a test question.
